    How else would we know why our coffee tastes the way it does....?

    This approach could be considered as 'the norm' these days yet so many larger coffee companies are still not able to offer such traceability.

    We live in a time of consumer demand for information and like the food industry where we have seen a shift toward more ways of highlighting transparency of food origins, ingredients and other product information, we think that coffee is no different thus provide as much information as we can to our customers.
